Q: How long does it take for a policy to approve?

A: It is a 2 to 8 week process for underwriting of a policy to be completed and delivered to the agency or directly to the member’s home.

Q: Do you have a contest-ability period on your policies?

A: Yes, There is a 2 year contest-ability period.

Q: What is the difference between whole, group and term life?

A: Group term life is owned by your company or affiliate. A whole life is individually owned permanent coverage.  A term life is group or individually owned temporary coverage.

Q: Why didn’t my account draft on the date that I requested?

A: Every policy is setup in on our ach (automatic clearing house) system and it is scheduled to authorize withdrawal from our member’s respective bank on the day selected. Pending weekends, holiday’s or general processing times with that bank it can result in a delay in the distribution of funds for payment.

Q: How do I increase my policy?

A: It is best to contact your agent and schedule an appointment. If you do not have an agent, contact your local office to schedule an appointment.
